FAQs

Straight answers before you start.

Review common questions about scope, technology, pricing, AI and engagement expectations.

Do you provide legal advice or represent clients?

No. ITMATIX LexSystems is positioned as a technology and operations service provider. Website content and services are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client or solicitor-client relationship.

Can you work with our existing practice management software?

Potentially. We first assess the product, access model, licensing, integration options and intended workflow. Compatibility and implementation are confirmed only after discovery.

Do you guarantee AI accuracy or case outcomes?

No. AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. Appropriate human review, validation and professional judgement remain necessary.

Are the prices fixed?

The displayed amounts are proposed starting prices for planning. A binding fee applies only when confirmed in a written proposal or agreement with scope, assumptions, taxes and third-party costs.

How do you handle confidential information?

Information handling, access, approved channels, retention and security responsibilities must be agreed for the engagement. Do not submit privileged or sensitive case information through the general contact form.

Do you provide round-the-clock support?

Not by default. Time zones, service windows, response targets, escalation and coverage must be specified in the signed service scope.

Can you provide a dedicated resource or team?

A dedicated or fractional resource model may be scoped based on roles, workload, supervision, time zone coverage, capacity and service requirements.

When does an engagement begin?

Only after authorised parties agree in writing to the applicable scope and commercial terms. Submitting a website enquiry does not constitute acceptance of work.

Commercial, delivery and information-handling questions

Do you provide legal advice or represent clients?

No. ITMATIX LexSystems provides technology and operational support. Legal advice, representation, legal strategy and jurisdiction-specific interpretation must come from appropriately qualified legal professionals.

Are savings or efficiency improvements guaranteed?

No. Any figures used in marketing are targets or illustrative scenarios, not guarantees. Outcomes depend on baseline costs, matter mix, tool licences, adoption, process quality and the agreed scope. We recommend measuring a baseline before making a comparison.

Can you work with our existing software?

Potentially. We first review the software, access model, integration options, contractual restrictions, security needs and vendor support. Compatibility is not assumed until assessed.

How do you handle confidential legal data?

Share only the minimum necessary information during enquiry and discovery. Project data access, approved tools, retention, subprocessors, cross-border transfers and deletion should be agreed in writing before sensitive data is shared.

How do prices work?

Displayed prices are proposed starting points. Final fees depend on scope, volume, integrations, staffing, support hours, third-party fees, taxes and contract terms. A written proposal governs the engagement.

What happens after I submit a form?

The server-side form is intended to send the enquiry to the designated business inbox and redirect to a thank-you page. Live delivery depends on the hosting environment and authenticated email configuration; it must be tested after deployment.

Do you promise search rankings or leads?

No. SEO and marketing work can improve technical foundations and process discipline, but rankings, traffic, leads and revenue depend on factors outside our control.

Can you provide dedicated support across time zones?

Coverage is subject to team availability and a signed service schedule. Working hours, holidays, escalation paths, response targets and excluded emergency services must be confirmed in writing.
